Welcome to PIÙ PILATES! We don't use machines, we use our own body (weight) for conscious muscle work in healthy postures.
We train in a group of nice people and good beats accompany us.
For those who do endurance sports like running or cycling: Get strong and stretched by adding Pilates to your training routine.
But it’s definitely not necessary to be a sports pro to use the power of this incredibly efficient training. Drop by and give it a try.
