For us, training in a group means more fun and motivation on every individual journey to strength and a healthy body alignment.
For those who do endurance sports like running or cycling: Get strong and stretched by adding Pilates to your training routine.
But it’s definitely not necessary to be a sports pro to use the power of this incredibly efficient training. Anybody at any level: join in!
